Job Description:

"Hamatzpen – Partners for the Road" (part of the Effective Partners Group and Harel Investments) is seeking a CPA or Economist for a unique role that combines financial expertise with hands-on business involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise company owners and management teams on financial and business matters, supporting strategic decision-making.
• Perform financial and business analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, budgets, and business performance metrics.
• Support financing processes and work closely with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
• Lead complex projects and initiatives while collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive processes from initial analysis through implementation and execution.
• Take ownership of projects and ensure progress toward business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field – required.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a significant financial role involving financial analysis, corporate finance, valuation, financing activities, or a related discipline – required.
• Strong experience in financial statement analysis and a high level of business acumen – required.
• Proven ability to lead processes, work independently, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong initiative, resilience, and the ability to work effectively with executive management and senior stakeholders.
