Procurement Operations Coordinator

Lonsher Ltd. specializes in procurement outsourcing for defense organizations and high-tech companies, providing its clients with end-to-end procurement management and operational support.

We are looking for a new team member to join our Procurement Team - a central, dynamic, and detail-oriented role that involves managing customer orders from the moment they are received until the customer receives the requested goods.

What will you do in this role?

As part of the role, you will be responsible for the ongoing operation of customer orders, working with suppliers in Israel and abroad, tracking order statuses, handling supplier payments, preparing documents, and providing close support to the company’s customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing customer orders from start to finish

• Negotiating with suppliers

• Monitoring suppliers, delivery timelines, and commitment fulfillment

• Working closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers

Who is this role suitable for?

We are looking for an organized, responsible, and service-oriented person with strong attention to detail, who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and follow-up abilities

• High service orientation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• High level of English
