Venture opportunity: Co-founder, Chief Product Officer @ Sealth

Two founders — a technical builder and a go-to-market operator — are looking for the third: a product leader to co-found an applied-AI company with us. You'd own the product from the first whiteboard to the first customer.

Who we are

Itay Erel — GTM and operating background across both B2B and B2C companies (Zeek, UVeye, DRIVE TLV), with real distribution and a strong commercial instinct.

Eyal Ronel — 20+ years in software. Former VP R&D at Guesty and Mesh Payments. Lives in agentic AI systems and B2B SaaS at scale.

Between the two of us we've got engineering and go-to-market covered. What we're missing is a partner who lives and breathes product.

What we're building

We're early — deliberately. Our conviction is that the most valuable companies of the next decade get built by putting applied AI inside real world business workflows, purposely built to improve autonomously, and we have a short list of spaces we're pressure-testing right now.

We're assembling the founding team before we fully lock the thesis, because we'd rather pick the direction together with our product leader than hand someone else's roadmap to a hire. What you'll own

• Product vision and strategy, end to end
• Customer discovery — getting in front of users and turning what you hear into what we build
• Roadmap and prioritization, including the discipline of deciding what we don't build
• Design and UX taste; the feel of the product is yours
• Shipping fast alongside engineering and GTM, and learning faster

You're probably a fit if

• You're genuinely excited to build product 0→1 — and beyond
• You've led product as a leader, not just contributed to it — Head of Product, VP Product, or CPO, where the calls were yours to make
• You've operated at enough scale to know what "good" looks like — you can tell a working product, and a healthy product org, from a broken one, because you've lived both
• You pair strong product instincts with the discipline to validate them
• You thrive on an open canvas and are comfortable with ambiguity
• You can talk to a customer, write a spec, and brainstorm with an engineer in the same afternoon
• You're comfortable joining a pre-funded team through ideation and validation phases
• Bonus: depth in a specific B2B vertical, in applied AI / ML products, or both
