We're Hiring: Bookkeeper at Padagis– Join Our Finance Team!

Padagis is looking for a talented Bookkeeper to join our Finance Division at our Shoham headquarters (Full-time, Hybrid model).

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable (AR): Managing and tracking invoicing and collection processes for institutional and retail clients, working closely with sales and commercial teams to resolve collection issues.
• Accounts Payable (AP): Processing local and international vendor invoices, performing reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with the procurement department.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 – 16:30 (requires flexibility).

Employment under a personal contract.

Requirements:

• Type 2 Bookkeeping certification or higher – Must
• Bachelor's degree – Advantage
• Full proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills – Must
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP – Must
• Experience with vendor portals such as Nipendo and StoreNext – Advantage
• Background in Pharma, Logistics, or Retail companies – Must
• Familiarity with Israeli tax laws and regulations
• Very high-level English (reading, writing, and speaking) – Must
• Strong service orientation, teamwork abilities, and experience working with multiple stakeholders
• High organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication
