Join a critical role at the heart of the supply chain in a leading defense company.

You will lead end-to-end procurement processes, manage strategic supplier relationships, and make a direct impact on project success — in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Establishment of new suppliers.
• Issuing RFQs to suppliers, generating purchase orders.
• Tracking from issuance of purchase orders through warehouse receipt to supplier payment.
• Conduct periodical suppliers' surveys, tracking expiration dates.
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors, including formal and informal relationships.
• Operate ongoing orders (shipments coordination, perform sampling, stock withdrawal requests).
• Work closely with customs brokers, ship owners & quality assurance companies.
• Conducting Daily status calls to monitor and control delivery schedules
•  Provide creative solutions and rapid responses to internal customers and suppliers.
• Work intensively with cross-organizational interfaces (sales, finance, supply chain, management) while delivering fast and creative solutions in a dynamic environment.
• Meet KPI's defined by the company.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of global & local procurement experience including export, import and drop shipments.
• Deep understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a multi-interface environment.
•  Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player mindset
• Bachelor's degree or practical engineering diploma in Industrial Engineering & Management, Logistics, or Economics.
• Experience with ERP Priority system – Must.
• High-level English (reading, writing, and leading discussions with international suppliers) – Must.
