Testifly is an AI-powered end-to-end software testing platform that helps teams automate quality assurance without writing or maintaining test scripts. It automatically discovers user flows, generates and executes tests, adapts to application changes through self-healing capabilities, and identifies bugs before they reach production. Designed to integrate with modern CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jira, Testifly enables development teams to accelerate releases, reduce manual QA effort, and improve software reliability with continuous, autonomous testing.

As we prepare for our next phase of aggressive growth, we are looking for a commercial partner to join our founding team and own our revenue engine.

As a Co-Founder and CMO, you aren't just managing a marketing budget—you are building Testifly's growth engine from the ground up. You will own the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, with the primary objective of driving and scaling Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).

You will work side by side with the founding team to align product strategy with market demand, establish our brand positioning in the B2B SaaS space, and aggressively build a high-converting customer acquisition pipeline. This is a hands-on, high-impact role requiring a balance of visionary strategic thinking and raw execution.

• Drive MRR Growth: Own the growth metrics. Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns that directly impact pipeline and MRR.
• GTM & Positioning: Define target segments, refine our value proposition, and establish Testifly as the market leader in AI-powered test automation.
• Sales & Product Collaboration: Partner closely with product and engineering to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals, optimizing product-led growth (PLG) loops or sales-led pipelines.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Build and manage our marketing analytics infrastructure, tracking KPIs, attribution models, and customer acquisition costs (CAC) relative to LTV.
• PR & Brand Evangelism: Guide public relations, manage brand reputation, and personally represent Testifly at key industry events to build authority in the dev tools space.
• Team Building: As we scale, recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing, agile marketing team.
  

• The Startup / Co-Founder Mindset: Absolute comfort with ambiguity, a strong sense of ownership, and the grit required to build a company from early-stage to scale.
• Proven MRR Velocity: A documented, proven track record of significantly increasing MRR and scaling customer acquisition in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Domain Expertise: Experience in marketing leadership roles within B2B SaaS or technology companies
• Growth Marketing Mastery: Deep expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, performance marketing, and demand generation. Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) models is a major plus.
• Strong Analytical Foundation: Data-obsessed. Highly skilled in using marketing analytics and attribution dashboards to make swift, ROI-positive decisions.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
