Senior AI Solutions Engineer (Enterprise)

We are looking for a mature, tech-savvy professional with a strong technical backbone and the leadership presence required to guide global Enterprise clients independently.

Role Overview

Bridging the worlds of Pre-Sales and Post-Sales, your primary focus will be on Post-Sale Architecture & Implementation.

You will own the technical relationship with Enterprise clients from the moment the deal closes, translating complex business needs into internal product solutions, all the way through to a successful production launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Complex Implementations: Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for Enterprise clients, managing everything from kickoffs and weekly syncs to successful go-live.
• Translate Business to Tech: Scope and characterize business and technical requirements, mapping them into scalable solutions and configurations within the platform.
• Hands-On & Client-Facing Hybrid: Build environments, execute integrations, handle advanced configurations, and write code when necessary.
• Act as a Trusted Technical Advisor: Address deep technical questions from C-level executives and technical teams alike, fostering long-term confidence and strategic partnerships.

What We Are Looking For

• Professional Maturity & Leadership: A self-starter who takes full ownership of projects, prioritizes execution, and builds trusted relationships with Enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong Technical Backbone: Hands-on experience with code!!! and integrations, system configurations, and a solid understanding of software development (including the ability to write scripts or code components).
• Must-Have AI Experience: Practical experience working with or implementing products that embed AI/LLMs, as this is a core pillar of our product.
• Proven Track Record: Experience leading end-to-end technology projects in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager (TAM), Implementation Specialist, Technical Project Manager, or similar.
