Laboratory Operator

DustPhotonics, now part of Credo, develops cutting-edge Silicon Photonics technology that powers the next generation of high-speed data centers.

We are looking for a Full-Time Laboratory Operator to support the day-to-day operations of our laboratory.

This is a hands-on, entry-level position and an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in the high-tech industry. No previous industry experience is required, and full training will be provided.

Location: Modiin Technology Park, Israel

Responsibilities

· Support the day-to-day operations of the laboratory.

· Perform optical and electronic assembly tasks.

· Operate laboratory equipment according to work instructions.

· Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for daily activities.

· Record work results and complete basic documentation.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.

· Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Requirements

· Previous laboratory or technical experience is an advantage but not required.

· Good hands-on skills and attention to detail.

· Good hand-eye coordination.

· Willingness to learn new technical skills.

· Responsible, reliable, and well organized.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Basic English reading skills.
