To fuel this growth, we are scaling our Cloudsfer Platform, our fast-growing cloud-to-cloud migration and backup solution. We need a brilliant Senior Software Developer to join our core team, tackle deep technical challenges, and help us scale our architecture to the next level.

• Architect and Scale. Design and optimize high-performance backend microservices and APIs for the Cloudsfer migration and backup platform.

• Drive Innovation. Integrate new cloud providers, enhance migration speeds, and build resilient, secure cloud-to-cloud migration and automated backup features.

• Build the AI Layer. Design and implement a robust AI insights layer to provide intelligent analytics, automated data classification, and smart optimization tools for our users.

• Solve Complex Problems. Tackle deep engineering challenges related to multi-threading, massive concurrent data transfers, data integrity, and disaster recovery.

• Own and Lead. Take features from concept to production while collaborating with product teams and mentoring peers.

• A seasoned backend engineer with strong experience in cloud-native architectures.
• Deep understanding of multi-threading, data structures, and building scalable distributed systems.

• Proven experience integrating AI technologies, large language models, or machine learning pipelines into production software.

• A strong background in designing intelligent data processing algorithms or automation tools that leverage AI capability.

• Hands-on expertise with AI frameworks and building clean APIs that seamlessly connect core backend infrastructure with intelligent services.

• Experience optimizing data flows for AI readiness, ensuring high data quality and efficient pipeline processing.

• Excellent technical leadership skills with a track record of driving complex engineering initiatives from start to finish.

• Knowledge and experience with modern front end frameworks, with a strong emphasis on React as a significant advantage.
