Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to take ownership of the design and implementation of a scalable, reliable data platform that powers analytics and AI, as part of our Data & AI group.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and operate end-to-end data pipelines (batch and streaming)
• Design and evolve the data platform (data warehouse/lake, orchestration, and transformations)
• Own the implementation of the semantic layer and metric definitions, establishing a single source of truth
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance at scale
• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to deliver impactful data solutions
• Enable AI/ML use cases with high-quality, well-structured data

Qualifications

Required:

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Hands-on experience with modern data stack tools (Airflow, dbt, Spark, BigQuery/Redshift/Snowflake)
• Proven experience building scalable data platforms and pipelines
• Strong data modeling skills and a metrics ownership mindset

Preferred:

• Experience with ML / LLM pipelines
• Experience with complex domains (e.g., healthcare, FHIR, ontologies)
