Senior Backend Engineer

About the Role:

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services for mission-critical applications.
• Drive architectural decisions with a focus on performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Build and maintain robust APIs and backend components that support core platform capabilities.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines and distributed processing workflows to ensure efficient data handling and system reliability.
• Implement and maintain backend infrastructure and services that power advanced platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Python, Go, or Java.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and message queues (Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
