Entrypoint Group is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the Delivery function within our Digital Division. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire delivery lifecycle, from contract signature through successful implementation and customer handover.
The successful candidate will serve as the department's operational and technical authority, lead the Delivery team, act as the primary escalation point for both customers and employees, and work closely with executive leadership and the Sales organization to ensure exceptional project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all Delivery activities across the Digital Division, managing multiple teams, projects, and customers simultaneously.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for strategic customers, resolving complex issues professionally while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Own Capacity Planning, including workload balancing, resource allocation, and proactive prevention of project bottlenecks.
- Design and implement an end-to-end Delivery framework, including standardized processes, operational methodologies, KPIs, and real-time management dashboards.
- Partner closely with the Sales organization to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery, support pre-sales activities, and establish realistic customer expectations.
- Take full business ownership of Delivery performance, including project profitability, customer satisfaction, resource utilization, and the professional development of the Delivery team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Delivery Management, Professional Services, or Operations within the Digital industry.
- Proven experience managing professional teams.
- Previous experience in a professional services or technology services company, with a strong understanding of customer-vendor relationships.
- Solid technical background, including enterprise systems, CRM platforms, business processes, and familiarity with software development methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, make real-time decisions, and maintain a strategic, big-picture perspective.
- Experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, or other project and service management platforms is a significant advantage.

- Mature leadership style with the judgment and ownership to resolve issues independently whenever possible, escalating only when truly necessary.
