Information Security Team Lead

We're looking for an experienced Information Security Team Lead to lead a highly skilled team responsible for Identity & Access Management, Directory Services, Firewalls and critical security infrastructure in a complex enterprise environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact—combining people management, security architecture, and ownership of mission-critical platforms that support thousands of users across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and mentoring a team of Information Security professionals
• Owning Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, IAM, PAM/PIM, MFA, and DLP environments
• Managing enterprise security infrastructure, including Firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
• Driving security architecture, hardening, and Zero Trust initiatives
• Collaborating with Infrastructure, Networking, SOC, and Development teams
• Leading security projects from design through implementation
• Acting as the technical authority and senior escalation point for the team

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in Information Security
• Proven leadership experience managing technical security teams
• Strong hands-on expertise with Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, Check Point, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, and PAM/PIM solutions
• Deep understanding of Identity & Access Management and enterprise security architecture
• Experience working in complex, regulated environments
