In This Role, You Will

• Lead the entire payroll and compensation function end-to-end
• Manage and develop a team of payroll professionals
• Own complex payroll processes, including bonuses, commissions, benefits, and incentive plans
• Drive process optimization, automation, and operational excellence
• Lead compliance, controls, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders on compensation planning and workforce-related decisions
• Deliver meaningful insights, analytics, and reporting that support organizational growth

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Certified Senior Payroll Accountant qualification
• Proven leadership experience managing payroll teams
• Strong expertise in payroll, compensation, labor law, and regulatory compliance
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with payroll systems
• A proactive, business-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities
• Exceptional attention to detail, ownership, and stakeholder management skills
