Assistant Controller

We’re Hiring: Assistant Controller!

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS for the group's international subsidiaries

🔹 Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, legal consultants, and other stakeholders in Israel and abroad

🔹 Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports of the publicly traded parent company

🔹 Support the preparation of tax reports for group companies

🔹 Provide professional guidance on tax matters and special approvals across the organization

🔹 Manage VAT reporting processes for international subsidiaries and coordinate with local accounting firms

Requirements:

✔ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory

✔ Completed internship at a Big 4 accounting firm (Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, or BDO) –mandatory

✔ Experience in auditing publicly traded companies – mandatory

✔ Strong knowledge of IFRS – mandatory

✔ Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills – mandatory

✔ 1+ year of experience as an Assistant Controller – an advantage

✔ Experience with NetSuite – an advantage

✔ Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
