Information Systems Instructor & Implementer

Comblack is hiring an Information Systems Instructor & Implementer for a large and stable organization in central Israel.

This role involves developing high-quality training materials, delivering in-person training sessions, and providing hands-on system implementation support in the field. The position also includes gathering and analyzing training needs, working closely with professional stakeholders, and supporting users through organizational change and the adoption of new technological systems.

Role Overview:

A hands-on training and implementation role focused on user enablement, system adoption, and end-to-end support of technology rollout processes within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in information systems training (military or civilian experience accepted)
• Proven experience delivering in-person training and implementing at least one technology project
• Ability to develop learning materials and coordinate training needs with professional stakeholders
• Advantage: 2+ years of experience training large groups
• Advantage: 1+ year of experience writing training materials and user guides
