IAM Specialist

Comblack is hiring an IAM (Identity & Access Management) Specialist for a leading organization in central Israel.

This role focuses on end-to-end management of identity and access systems, including operations, maintenance, upgrades, and the design and implementation of advanced IAM solutions aligned with information security policies and regulatory requirements.

Role Overview:

A hands-on IAM role responsible for managing user identity lifecycles, implementing SSO and RBAC solutions, working with enterprise IAM platforms, and continuously improving system performance, availability, and security posture in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of Identity & Access Management systems (operations, maintenance, upgrades)
• Design and implementation of IAM solutions including SSO and RBAC
• Management of full user identity lifecycle (onboarding, changes, deactivation, and permissions)
• Collaboration with vendors, evaluation of new technologies, and continuous system improvement

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Information Security with a focus on IAM – required
• Proven experience with IDM/IAM systems such as ISIM, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, Oracle IDM, or SailPoint
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
• Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell / Bash / Python) – required
• Experience operating and maintaining complex enterprise infrastructures
