Head of Cloud Center of Excellence

Comblack is hiring a Head of Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE) for a large and stable organization in the Shfela region.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing and leading the organization’s Cloud Center of Excellence, driving the enterprise-wide cloud migration strategy, and serving as the top professional authority for cloud services and external providers. The role includes matrix management, close work with senior leadership, and responsibility for shaping long-term cloud strategy, integration across enterprise systems, and leading organizational transformation.

Role Overview:

A strategic and hands-on leadership position responsible for building and operating the CCOE, defining cloud governance and standards, leading cloud adoption initiatives, and ensuring alignment between business, technology, and regulatory requirements in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles, leading cross-organizational enterprise projects and working with senior management
• Proven experience establishing and leading a Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE) – mandatory
• Deep familiarity with the public sector, regulatory environments, and government-related processes – mandatory
• Hands-on experience working with SAP environments and understanding complex ERP architectures
• Experience managing cloud budgets with strong focus on FinOps (cloud cost optimization)
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments (squad-based delivery models)
