Head of Marketing

Join a well-funded AI startup building tools that help large contact centers run better: stronger compliance, sharper quality assurance, and real visibility into how agents perform. The product is already live with enterprise customers, and the team is small enough that whoever owns marketing genuinely shapes the company's voice and growth.

The role

You'll own marketing end to end: strategy, execution, and measurement. What makes this different from any marketing job you've had: your team is mostly AI agents. You'll design the playbooks, then build, orchestrate, and manage the agents that run them. You'll report directly to the founder.

What you'll do

• Define and own marketing strategy: positioning, messaging, go-to-market motions, and ICP refinement
• Build and run the full marketing engine across content, social (organic and paid), campaigns, and video
• Design and operate AI agents for each marketing function: content writer, social manager, campaign manager, video producer, and more
• Own the paid media budget and channel mix
• Produce video and creative assets with AI-assisted workflows
• Measure, attribute, and optimize across the funnel

What you'll need

• 3+ years running full-spectrum marketing in hi-tech, startups strongly preferred
• A hands-on track record building and operating AI-agent-based marketing workflows
• Full-stack range: content, social, paid, campaigns, and video, not a specialist in just one area
• Comfort working in code and automation environments
• Fluent level English
• Based in Israel

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude Code and Claude Cowork
• Background marketing to enterprise or contact center buyers
• Direct experience owning a paid media budget and reporting on attribution
• Prior early-stage startup experience where you built the marketing function from scratch
