We are looking for an experienced .NET Tech Lead to provide professional leadership in a complex and dynamic enterprise environment. The role includes mentoring and developing engineers, establishing and promoting engineering standards, taking ownership of large-scale mission-critical enterprise systems, and collaborating closely with architects and technology teams. Responsibilities also include conducting code reviews, driving best practices, integrating AI capabilities into development processes, and leading the maintenance, modernization, and stabilization of large legacy systems within a multi-team Agile environment.
Requirements
- Experience in technical leadership or leading development teams- Mandatory
- 7+ years of experience with WebForms, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Core- Mandatory
- Strong experience maintaining and modernizing large-scale Legacy Systems- Mandatory
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, complex queries, and Stored Procedures- Mandatory
- Experience with Web Services, SOAP, WCF, and REST APIs- Mandatory
