Chapter Lead Back End

Comblack is hiring a Chapter Lead Back End for a leading financial organization in central Israel.

If you are a seasoned Tech Lead with strong technical depth, experience working with complex and mission-critical systems, and a desire to influence at an organizational level – this is an opportunity to lead engineering standards in the .NET world and play a key role in shaping architecture and development processes within a large-scale enterprise.

Role Overview:

A senior technical leadership position responsible for the Backend domain, including leading developers, defining engineering standards, contributing hands-on where needed, and continuously improving existing systems while driving the development of new capabilities.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in WebForms / ASP.NET / .NET Core development
• Significant experience maintaining, upgrading, and stabilizing large-scale legacy and mission-critical systems
• Strong proficiency in C# and SQL Server, including complex queries and performance optimization
• Experience leading developers in an Agile environment (code reviews, best practices, system design)
• Ability to drive technical direction and integrate AI capabilities into development processes
