RMA Production Manager

A leading global technology company is seeking an experienced Operations leader to manage worldwide repair, refurbishment, and reverse logistics activities across international manufacturing and service partners.

This is a highly strategic role with global visibility, responsible for driving operational excellence, product quality, supply chain readiness, and repair efficiency across multiple sites and regions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead global repair and refurbishment operations
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and repair partners
• Drive yield improvement, quality performance, and operational KPIs
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Planning, and Finance teams
• Support engineering changes, capacity planning, inventory control, and service delivery commitments
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and service operations

Ideal background:

• 10+ years in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or service operations
• Strong experience in reverse logistics, repair operations, or after-sales service environments
• Background in electronics manufacturing, PCBA, SMT, system integration, or server platforms
• Proven success managing global stakeholders, suppliers, and contract manufacturers
• Experience working within complex, fast-paced multinational organizations
