Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our AI Agents strategy and execution — defining how autonomous and semi-autonomous agents can help security and platform teams operate faster, smarter, and more effectively.

This is a highly strategic role for a product leader who combines deep technical curiosity with strong business acumen. You will own the product vision end-to-end, working closely with customers, engineering, research, and go-to-market teams to build AI-powered capabilities that solve real customer problems and drive measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Own

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Aqua’s AI Agents platform and related capabilities
• Identify high-value use cases for autonomous and agent-assisted workflows across cloud security, operations, and developer experiences
• Work directly with customers, partners, and field teams to deeply understand pain points, validate assumptions, and uncover new opportunities
• Translate customer needs, market insights, and business objectives into differentiated product capabilities
• Drive both outbound and inbound product management activities, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, customer discovery, and product positioning
• Partner closely with Engineering, Security Research, Data Science, and Design teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions
• Define success metrics and leverage product analytics to drive adoption, engagement, and business impact
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop compelling messaging, enablement materials, and go-to-market strategies
• Prioritize investments and make informed trade-off decisions across customer value, technical complexity, and business impact
• Represent the product internally and externally, acting as a trusted advisor for customers, partners, and industry stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of launching and scaling enterprise software products
• Strong business orientation with experience driving product strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and commercial outcomes
• Experience leading both outbound and inbound product management activities
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage in discussions around cloud architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and AI systems
• Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating customer feedback into successful products
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs and measure product success
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams
• High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments

Nice to Have

• Experience building or managing AI-powered products, copilots, agents, or workflow automation platforms
• Familiarity with LLMs, agent orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation methodologies
• Background in cloud security, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, or cloud-native technologies
• Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and SaaS platforms
• MBA or equivalent business experience
