Job Summary

In this hybrid role, this individual will manage and direct all West IL planning activities including subcon sites planning, OTIF and cutomers related issues. The role include all export shipments monitoring and partnering with West logistics providers on a daily basis. Planning mgr will set working processes and enhance improvments and will play a key pivotal role in our supply chain department

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Develops and implements policies and procedures for production operations
• Plans, examines, analyzes, and evaluates production operations
• Manage Supply Chain KPIs as OTIF,OTD, Subcon performance and lead Suppliers QBRs meetings
• Establish and maintain long term capacity model
• Prepares planning and production reports, reviews operating and financial data and makes recommendations for improvements
• Adress planning issues and be supply chain point of contact for customer complaints
• Act as the Supply Chain focal point for for all NPI/ECOs issues and plan ahead acitvities with QA/RA/Eng/RD
  
  

Education

• BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering/Economics required, or relative experience in lieu of degree will be considered
• MBA is a plus
  
  

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years in managerial positions in med device/pharmaceutical services, manufacturing or similar industry required

• Ability to manage projects in a matrix structure
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work independently self-directed.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  
  

Travel Requirements

10%: Up to 26 business days per year

Physical Requirements

Sedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
