As we launch our next-generation product lines, we are seeking a highly motivated Hardware Manager to lead our talented engineering team.

Reporting directly to the VP of R&D, you will shape our hardware strategy, strengthen engineering processes, and drive development excellence across multidisciplinary products—from concept through mass production.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Mentor: Head a high-performing team of 6 hardware engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovation-driven culture.

• End-to-End Ownership: Own the full hardware development lifecycle, including architecture, design reviews, validation, and production release.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Software, Mechanical, QA, NPI, and Operations teams to ensure seamless system integration.

• Manufacturing & NPI: Collaborate with global manufacturing partners (EMS/ODM) to optimize product quality, DFM/DFT, and scalable production.

• Compliance & Certification: Lead regulatory compliance activities for low-power RF systems across global markets.

🛠️ What We Are Looking For:

• Education: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field (M.Sc. is a plus).

• Experience: 10+ years of experience leading hardware development in multidisciplinary product environments.

• Hands-on Expertise: Strong background in analog/digital design and PCB development using OrCAD and Altium.

• Wireless & RF Knowledge: Deep understanding of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Zigbee (RF PHY and MAC) and hands-on experience with RF lab equipment.

• Standards & Certifications: Solid knowledge of certifications for Low RF Power systems (FCC, CE, TELEC, etc.).

• Leadership Style: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong stakeholder management, and experience working in matrix organizations.
