We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Team Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment delivery and support the continued growth of a strategic client program.

This is a dedicated, client-funded opportunity for a recruitment leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and enjoys building high-performing teams while delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.

As Team Manager, you will lead recruitment operations end-to-end, partner closely with stakeholders, and ensure recruitment excellence across large-scale hiring initiatives.

Your responsibilities

Team Leadership & Delivery Management

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve business and hiring goals.
• Build a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to support development and performance.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Allocate recruitment resources effectively to meet evolving business priorities.
• Act as the escalation point for complex recruitment and operational matters.

Recruitment Operations

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple hiring campaigns and requisitions.
• Ensure efficient execution across sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Drive strong pipeline management and maintain an exceptional candidate experience.
• Lead and optimize high-volume and mass recruitment initiatives while balancing quality and speed.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide visibility into hiring progress and team performance.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Manage expectations and align recruitment delivery with business objectives.
• Provide insights into talent market trends, hiring challenges, and recruitment strategy.
• Build trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the central coordination point for recruitment activities supporting the program.

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with previous people management responsibility.
