Webmaster & Digital Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Website Management and Operations

• Manage and operate the company’s international WordPress websites
• Upload and update website content, pages, and files
• Work closely with development teams and external vendors

Development Task Management and QA

• Open, define, and manage web development tasks for internal and external web developers
• Write specifications and follow up on execution
• Prioritize tasks
• Perform thorough manual QA for new developments, design changes, plugins, and website updates across desktop, mobile, different browsers, and various devices

Technical SEO, Analytics, and Tracking

• Lead the technical SEO, including site architecture, page speed optimization, and crawl issue resolution.
• Work regularly with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to monitor site performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Assist with keyword research and the optimization of existing content.
• Monitor analytics reports and perform ongoing analysis
• Implement and manage tracking codes, tags, and marketing tools using Google Tag Manager

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing complex international WordPress websites - mandatory
• Experience working with WooCommerce - mandatory
• Strong technical understanding, including hosting providers, Cloudflare, DNS, and website infrastructure - mandatory
• Proven experience managing development tasks and working with developers - mandatory
• Hands-on experience with technical SEO and analytics tools- mandatory
• Highly organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and able to work independently - mandatory
• High-level English - strong advantage

Full-time position from the company’s offices in the Airport City area.
