Senior Media Buyer (Lead Generation)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team and help scale high volume lead generation campaigns.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns in the US finance and insurance market.
• Hands on experience planning, launching, and scaling high budget campaigns across Meta, Google, Native, or other paid acquisition channels.
• Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, conversion funnels, CPL/CPA optimization, lead quality, and performance analysis.
• Data driven mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve campaign performance.
• Ownership mentality with the ambition to take responsibility for campaign strategy, scaling, optimization, and eventually lead and mentor other media buyers.
