Tech Lead – Embedded

We're looking for an experienced Embedded Tech Lead to join an innovative technology company developing a cutting-edge, multidisciplinary product.

This is a hands-on leadership role, where approximately 70% of your time will be dedicated to development and the remaining 30% to leading a team of three Embedded engineers.

About the Company

The company develops a sophisticated multidisciplinary product that combines Embedded software, hardware, data, and AI technologies. In this role, you'll be responsible for the Low-Level software layer, working on the core of the product while collaborating closely with teams building the AI-powered data platform for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 Embedded engineers.
• Design, develop, and maintain Low-Level software for embedded systems.
• Own approximately 70% Hands-on development.
• Drive technical decisions, architecture, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Hardware, Software, Data, and AI teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of leadership experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead.
• Strong hands-on experience in Embedded software development.
• Proven experience with STM32 – Must.
• Strong Low-Level Programming skills – Must.
• Experience with ARM-based embedded systems – Must.
• Experience working with FreeRTOS – Must.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a system-level mindset.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
