About the Role

The Mergers & Acquisitions department manages M&A transactions in Israel’s high-tech market, including transaction consideration payments, tax withholding, and ongoing support for selling shareholders.

This role combines operational, financial, and client service responsibilities, and offers an excellent opportunity to join the world of transactions in a dynamic and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage transaction operations, including handling and reviewing relevant transaction documents.
• Provide professional and service-oriented support to shareholders and investors.
• Update transaction details in internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Perform controls over fund receipt and transfer processes.
• Monitor implementation of work procedures and fee arrangements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree - mandatory.
• Advantage for graduates in Economics or Business Administration.
• Good level of English - mandatory.
• Full proficiency in Office applications - mandatory.
• Previous experience in operational and/or control-related roles - an advantage.
