We are looking for a hands-on, highly digital, fashion-oriented Online E-Commerce Website & Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the online store’s day-to-day operation, digital marketing activity, website appearance, content, product merchandising, and growth.
Role OverviewThe Online E-Commerce Website & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and growing Avishag Arbel Maternity’s e-commerce activity across the website, paid media, social media, influencer collaborations, content, SEO/GEO, and online merchandising.
This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who combines strong digital marketing capabilities, deep Shopify experience, visual taste, content sensibility, analytical thinking, and an understanding of fashion retail. The ideal candidate knows how to turn collections, campaigns, images, product pages, and digital channels into measurable online sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Website Management- Fully manage the day-to-day operation of the online store.
- Upload new products, update existing products, and remove discontinued or out-of-stock items.
- Write, edit, and optimize product descriptions in Hebrew and English.
- Manage product categories, collections, filters, tags, sizes, colors, pricing, discounts, bundles, and promotions.
- Ensure that product pages are accurate, attractive, conversion-oriented, and aligned with the brand language.
- Monitor the customer journey across the website and recommend improvements to increase conversion rate.
- Coordinate website updates around new collections, seasonal campaigns, holidays, sales, launches, and special promotions.
- Work with relevant Shopify apps for reviews, upsells, email/SMS, analytics, popups, product recommendations, stock alerts, and automation.
- Identify and resolve basic website issues, broken links, visual inconsistencies, product display errors, and content gaps.
- Own the visual appearance of the website, including homepage banners, collection pages, campaign pages, product imagery, and promotional assets.
- Create or brief visual materials using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Coordinate product images, lifestyle images, banners, landing pages, and campaign visuals.
- Ensure that all website visuals are consistent with the brand’s premium, feminine, modern, maternity-fashion positioning.
- Maintain strong online merchandising standards: best sellers, new arrivals, seasonal edits, outfit combinations, maternity/nursing categories, and recommended items.
- Work closely with photographers, designers, content creators, and internal team members when needed.
- Plan, manage, and optimize social media marketing activity across:
- TikTok
- Create and manage content calendars for organic and paid social activity.
- Develop campaign concepts for product launches, seasonal collections, sales, maternity style guides, influencer content, and brand storytelling.
- Write captions, creative hooks, short-form video concepts, and campaign messaging.
- Track engagement, reach, followers, click-throughs, conversions, and sales impact.
- Identify trends in fashion, maternity, motherhood, social media, and short-form video formats.
- Coordinate UGC, reels, stories, TikTok videos, influencer content, and campaign assets.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and remarketing campaigns.
- Manage or coordinate Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Support TikTok advertising activity where relevant.
- Track budgets, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, click-through rates, and campaign profitability.
- Create landing pages and product/category pages that support paid campaigns.
- Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers where relevant, while maintaining internal ownership of performance, creatives, and business outcomes.
- Use data to improve campaign targeting, creatives, product feeds, and conversion funnels.
- Identify relevant influencers, creators, pregnant women, maternity/lifestyle bloggers, stylists, and content partners.
- Initiate outreach, manage communication, coordinate collaborations, and follow up on deliverables.
- Negotiate basic collaboration terms, product gifting, affiliate arrangements, content usage rights, and campaign timelines.
- Track influencer performance, including engagement, content quality, traffic, coupon usage, and sales.
- Build a structured database of relevant influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Create and optimize website content to improve SEO and GEO visibility.
- Write blog posts, guides, collection text, product copy, FAQs, landing-page content, and campaign content in Hebrew and English.
- Develop content around maternity fashion, pregnancy styling, nursing wear, seasonal looks, event dressing, workwear, swimwear, and postpartum-friendly clothing.
- Optimize metadata, headings, alt text, internal links, product descriptions, and collection descriptions.
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation while maintaining brand quality, accuracy, and originality.
- Monitor organic traffic, search rankings, and content performance.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and related AI platforms to improve marketing productivity.
- Build and operate AI-assisted workflows for:
- Product descriptions
- SEO content
- Campaign ideas
- Social media captions
- Influencer outreach
- Email marketing copy
- Customer segmentation ideas
- Creative briefs
- Competitive research
- Stay updated on practical AI use cases for e-commerce, fashion retail, digital marketing, content production, and workflow automation.
- Ensure AI-generated content is reviewed, accurate, brand-appropriate, and commercially effective.
- Track and report on website and marketing performance.
- Use tools such as Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok analytics, and relevant reporting dashboards.
- Monitor traffic, conversion rate, average order value, abandoned carts, best sellers, returning customers, campaign performance, inventory-related sales trends, and channel attribution.
- Recommend practical improvements based on data.
- Support A/B testing of banners, landing pages, product pages, offers, creatives, and messaging.
- Work toward improving online sales, profitability, customer acquisition, retention, and brand engagement.
- Manage or support newsletters, automated email flows, SMS campaigns, and customer retention activity.
- Create campaigns for new arrivals, sales, back-in-stock items, best sellers, pregnancy-stage guides, holidays, and special events.
- Improve abandoned-cart, welcome, post-purchase, win-back, birthday, and loyalty-related flows.
- Segment customers based on behavior, purchase history, preferences, and lifecycle stage.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or managing an online e-commerce website.
- Proven hands-on experience with Shopify.
- Experience managing or supporting online stores in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, maternity, retail, or consumer goods — strong advantage.
- High digital orientation and ability to learn and operate new tools quickly.
- Experience with Shopify apps, product uploads, collections, discounts, content pages, and online merchandising.
- Good working knowledge of:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- TikTok
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Google Search Console
- Experience with AI tools, specifically ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and marketing workflows.
- Strong visual taste and a fashion-forward approach.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar graphic tools.
- Ability to write strong marketing and product copy in Hebrew and English.
- Understanding of SEO principles, product-page optimization, and content marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns, products, and deadlines at once.
- Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing campaign and website performance data.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in product information, visuals, pricing, copy, and website presentation.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and execute hands-on.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with designers, photographers, agencies, influencers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a fashion retail company or DTC e-commerce brand.
- Experience with maternity, women’s fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
- Experience with email/SMS marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, Yotpo, or similar.
- Experience with product feeds, Google Merchant Center, Meta catalogs, and Shopping campaigns.
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms or affiliate programs.
- Experience creating Reels, TikToks, short-form video scripts, or UGC-style content.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI and conversion-rate optimization.
- Experience working with photographers, stylists, or production teams.
- Experience managing online sales campaigns around holidays, end-of-season sales, Black Friday, maternity collections, or new product launches.
- Familiarity with international e-commerce, English-speaking markets, or bilingual online stores.
