Medical Sales Representative

This field-based role is a key driver of customer engagement and sales performance across broad teritory. It represents our customer experience approach by building strong, trusted relationships that create value for both healthcare professionals and patients, while supporting sustainable business growth.

We are currently hiring for two field-based positions to support the launch of two new treatments in ADHD and dermatology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by planning and delivering tailored engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs), leveraging customer insights and multiple communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HCPs while supporting ongoing collaboration with Medomie.
• Deliver customer-centric experiences by understanding HCP needs and the broader healthcare environment.
• Use data and insights to effectively plan, prioritize, and optimize territory and account activities.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to present complex information clearly, handle inquiries, and maintain professional partnerships.
• Strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, relationship building, and negotiating with healthcare professionals.
• Strong proficiency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work in a field-based role.
