The company designs and engineers high-precision systems for antenna testing, wireless communications, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and anechoic chambers, serving tier-one clients across the aerospace, defense, automotive, and telecommunications sectors globally.
Located in the Northern Sharon region, the company operates an advanced R&D facility and offers a hybrid work model with one day of remote work per week.
Position Overview
- RF Integration & Lab Practical Engineer joining the core engineering division to support the development, verification, integration, and testing of high-frequency RF subsystems and antenna measurement architecture.
- Executing hands-on system integration and validation procedures within state-of-the-art RF laboratories using advanced testing equipment.
- Ensuring rigorous validation of RF units, components, and signal chains to guarantee operational readiness for complex multi-disciplinary systems.
- Collaborating closely with internal RF, Systems, Mechanical, and Software engineering squads, as well as cross-functional Sales and Project Management teams, to deliver optimal client solutions.
- Providing high-level technical guidance to global enterprise clients across structural design, precision mechanics, electromagnetics, and measurement instrumentation.
- Participating in bleeding-edge projects covering antenna characterization, Radome testing, Radar Cross Section (RCS), and EMC configurations.
- Core Ecosystem- RF Systems, Microwave Engineering, Antenna Measurement, Lab Integration, Signal Chains, Anechoic Chambers, Aerospace & Defense Tech, and Precision Instrumentation.
Requirements
- Academic Background: Practical Engineering degree (הנדסאי/ת) or a relevant technological degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or RF Technologies – Mandatory
- Proven hands-on professional experience operating within an RF laboratory or antenna testing environment – Mandatory
- Direct, practical experience working with specialized RF laboratory measurement equipment (e.g., Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators) – Mandatory
- Solid technical proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, block diagrams, and mechanical drawings – Mandatory
- Foundational comprehension of RF/Microwave systems and hands-on experience building or troubleshooting RF signal chains using components such as:
- Amplifiers & Attenuators
- Filters & Mixers
- Couplers & RF Switches – Mandatory
- Prior professional exposure interfacing with clients, writing technical documentation, or
