Role Description The Recruiter role at GOZ is a full-time, on-site position located in the Center District, Israel. In this role, the Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including understanding client requirements, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. The Recruiter will coordinate interview schedules, maintain regular communication with candidates and clients, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems, preparing reports on recruitment progress, and collaborating with internal team members to improve sourcing strategies. The Recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives and ensure a fair, inclusive, and positive candidate experience.
Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with candidates and clients.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple open roles and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, online job platforms, and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing).
• Understanding of fair hiring practices, equal opportunity principles, and maintaining confidentiality of candidate information.
• Team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively within a consulting and recruitment environment.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the Israeli market are an advantage.
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition, preferably within a consulting or agency setting.
• Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is beneficial.
