Position Overview-
- Senior Communications Systems Engineer serving as a critical technical authority to define, architect, and manage complex, multi-disciplinary system requirements for elite internal R&D teams and external subcontractors.
- Leading intricate engineering trade-off analyses across hardware (HW), software (SW), and firmware (FW) domains throughout the entire product lifecycle—from conceptual Design Reviews (CoDR/PDR/CDR) through rigorous Verification and Validation (V&V) protocols.
- Architecting sophisticated wireless link optimization frameworks, including system-level design for system calibration, Digital Pre-Distortion (DPD), data compression, Power Amplifier (PA) linearization, and signal-to-noise enhancements.
- Designing space-qualified control telemetry, diagnostic workflows, and operational flows to ensure the absolute reliability and payload efficiency of satellites operating in harsh orbital environments.
- Driving New Product Introduction (NPI) pipelines into mass production, optimizing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) parameters based on real-time system characterization and statistical performance analytics.
- Expanding end-to-end (E2E) network service flows from terrestrial ground stations through satellite constellations down to user equipment (UE).
- Core EcosystemSatellite Communication (SatCom), Wireless Networks (5G / LTE), Systems Engineering, Payload Architecture, DSP Algorithms (DPD, CFR), RF Systems, and Space-Grade Telemetry.
Requirements-
- Academic Background: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering – Mandatory
- 5+ years of proven professional experience in systems engineering and architectural design for wireless communication systems – Mandatory
- Comprehensive technical command of end-to-end systems engineering, with a track record of defining cross-functional interfaces and workflows across HW, SW, and FW layers – Mandatory
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven capacity to lead feature-driven engineering squads and coordinate high-stakes tasks in a matrixed environment – Mandatory
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities within high-velocity, deep-tech engineering setups – Mandatory
