Senior Engineering Program Manager (EPM) - REM Map Development

Mobileye REM (Road Experience Management) builds reliable, continuously updated high‑resolution road maps that power advanced driver‑assistance systems (ADAS) and fully autonomous vehicles. By leveraging crowdsourced data from millions of vehicles, REM creates highly accurate maps that enable safer and smarter mobility.

As part of the REM Map Development organization, you will operate at the intersection of large‑scale data, advanced algorithms, and complex engineering systems, driving cross‑team coordination and program execution to support the development of next‑generation autonomous driving technologies.

What will your job look like:

• Lead end‑to‑end program planning and execution across multiple development teams within the Map Development organization.
• Coordinate cross‑functional work between product management, algorithm, development, and validation teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
• Track program progress, risks, dependencies, and changes to ensure milestones are delivered on time and within scope.
• Provide technical and operational leadership for complex development activities running in parallel.
• Identify potential risks and proactively drive mitigation plans to maintain program momentum.
• Prepare and present clear program status updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
  
  

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field
• 10+ years of proven experience in software Product/Program engineering management - must
• Strong technical background in large-scale, complex machine-learning systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to build strong and productive relationships
• Proficiency in program management methodologies and tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment
