User Experience Designer

UX Designer

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join a product-driven team and help create intuitive, user-centered experiences across innovative digital products.

In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Designers to transform user needs and business goals into impactful design solutions. You will take ownership of the design process from discovery through implementation, contributing to product strategy, user research, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered design concepts, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to support product ideation and development.
• Conduct and leverage user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Research throughout the product lifecycle.
• Design intuitive and scalable user experiences that solve complex user and business challenges.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, design languages, and UX frameworks across products and teams.
• Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into effective design solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, research findings, and product goals.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, usability, and scalability across all user experiences.
• Communicate design rationale clearly and effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of design solutions.
• Monitor product performance, user behavior, and key metrics to continuously improve user experiences.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user journeys, and interaction flows.
• Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and interaction design principles.
• Experience conducting and applying UX research and usability testing insights.
• Ability to solve complex design problems through analytical and creative thinking.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders.
• Understanding of product development lifecycles and modern digital product environments.
• Experience using industry-standard design and prototyping tools.

• Experience working on large-scale digital products or platforms.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset and ability to design scalable experiences.
• Experience leveraging product metrics and user behavior data to inform design decisions.
