About the Role

A leading company specializing in the development and operation of advanced assessment and evaluation systems is seeking an experienced, independent, and highly motivated Senior Software Developer to join its team.

This role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing the company's core business systems across both Web and Windows environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with existing codebases, demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, and possess excellent self-learning capabilities.

• sDevelop, maintain, and enhance business-critical applications in Web and Windows environments
• .Work on the company's core systems and participate in ongoing product improvements
• .Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• .Quickly understand and work within existing codebases, including legacy systems
• .Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions
• .Utilize AI-driven development tools and coding assistants to improve productivity and development processes

Required Qualificatio

• ns3–4+ years of proven hands-on experience as a Full Stack and/or Backend Developer in Web and Windows environment
• s.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a leading university, with a strong academic recor
• d.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Access and VB
• A.Proven experience working with SQL Serve
• r.Strong development experience with C# and ASP.NE
• T.Hands-on experience developing applications using WP
• F.Practical experience with AI-driven development methodologies and AI coding assistants/agent
• s.Ability to independently analyze requirements and translate them into technical solution
• s.Excellent self-learning skills and the ability to work independently with existing and partially undocumented system
• s.Strong interpersonal and communication skill
