Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI initiatives across the organization, from identifying business opportunities to successful production deployment

Drive AI-based transformation programs focused on operational efficiency and measurable business outcomes

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization

Work with advanced AI technologies, including AI Agents, Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and similar platforms

Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional business units to align AI solutions with strategic objectives

Ensure successful adoption and integration of AI solutions across the organization

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or Technology Project Management

Minimum 1 year of experience leading AI-related projects

Hands-on familiarity with AI platforms such as Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Agents, or similar solutions

Proven experience leading complex cross-organizational projects and working closely with senior management

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, or a related field

Fluent English with excellent communication skills
