אנחנו מחפשים מהנדס/ת ייצור ותפ״י מנוסה לתפקיד מרכזי, שמשלב בין הנדסה, ייצור, ספקים ותכנון תפעולי. זה תפקיד שמתאים למי שאוהב/ת להיות קרוב/ה למוצר, להבין לעומק איך דברים מיוצרים בפועל, לפתור בעיות הנדסיות בזמן אמת ולהשפיע על המעבר מתכנון לייצור.

במסגרת התפקיד:

• ריכוז תחומי הנדסת הייצור בחברה
• מתן מענה טכני והנדסי לספקים בנושאי ייצור
• פתיחת פק״עות במערכת Priority וניהול לו״ז הייצור
• הקמה ותחזוקה של מק״טים ועצי מוצר תפעוליים במערכת Priority
• אחריות על ניהול תהליכי ECO בחברה
• עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים הנדסיים, תפעוליים וייצוריים

Mobius is hiring a Manufacturing & Production Planning Engineer for our site in Shoham

Mobius specializes in the design and manufacturing of advanced energy-absorbing systems for the defense industry — engineered products built to improve survivability, safety, and performance in complex environments.

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing & Production Planning Engineer to join a hands-on, multidisciplinary environment that connects engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the product, solving real manufacturing challenges, and influencing the transition from design to production.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading manufacturing engineering activities across the company
• Providing technical and engineering support to suppliers on manufacturing-related issues
• Opening and managing production work orders in Priority
• Managing production schedules
• Creating and maintaining operational part numbers and BOMs in Priority
• Managing ECO processes across the company
• Working closely with engineering, operations, production, and supplier interfaces

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – mandatory
• Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in metal and assembly environments – mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience with Priority, including work orders, part numbers, and BOMs – mandatory
• Own vehicle – mandatory
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills
