 We're Hiring: Operations Writer / Content Writer

A global high-tech company is looking for an Operations Writer / Content Writer to join our team in a full-time position.

Location: Tel Aviv (train-line accessible)

What you'll do:

• Create high-quality documentation, including help center articles, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, newsletters, and customer communications.

• Transform complex technical and operational information into clear, actionable content.

• Adapt content for different audiences, from technical teams to end users.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify documentation needs and improve user experience.

• Leverage AI tools such as Gemini, NotebookLM, and other emerging technologies to research, structure, and scale content while maintaining quality and accuracy.

• Manage multiple content projects and deliver under tight deadlines.

What we're looking for:

• Native-level English with exceptional writing, grammar, and editing skills.

• At least 2 years of experience in technical writing, help center writing, product writing, customer support content, or operations writing.

• Strong ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly.

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered writing and research tools.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
