Arturo Palomba Gallery LLC is an international contemporary art gallery operating between Dubai, Europe and selected international art markets.

The gallery develops exhibitions, artistic collaborations, cultural initiatives and international projects connecting artists, collectors, institutions and cultural partners worldwide.

To support the expansion of our international activities and participation in major art fairs and cultural initiatives, we are looking for an Art Fair & International Representation Specialist based in Tel Aviv.

• Support the gallery's participation in international art fairs, exhibitions and cultural events
• Coordinate relationships with galleries, institutions, collectors and cultural partners
• Assist in identifying new international opportunities and strategic collaborations
• Represent the gallery during exhibitions, art fairs and networking activities
• Prepare presentations, proposals and communication materials
• Coordinate communications with artists, collectors and international stakeholders
• Support VIP events, private viewings and collector engagement initiatives
• Monitor developments within the international art market and cultural sector
• Contribute to the gallery's international visibility and market presence

• Strong interest in contemporary art and international cultural projects
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, organized and client-oriented working approach
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in art, luxury, hospitality, events, international relations, business development or related sectors is appreciated
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Additional languages are considered an advantage
