Aerodynamics Engineer

About the Role:

The Engineering & Systems Division within the Missiles & Space Systems Group is seeking an Aerodynamics Engineer to develop advanced systems at the forefront of technology.

The role includes:

• Preliminary design of airborne systems

• Development of aerodynamic models

• Leading wind tunnel testing activities

• Definition of aerodynamic loads

• Propulsion system characterization

What We’re Looking For:

• B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering – Required

• M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering – Advantage

• More than 5 years of experience in aerodynamic design, CFD, wind tunnel testing, and/or aerodynamic load definition – Required

• Deep understanding of missile systems and missile aerodynamics – Advantage

• Familiarity with engineering programming languages, machine learning, and statistical tools – Advantage
