Global People Director | Relocation to Cyprus

A fast-growing international technology company is seeking an experienced Global People Director to lead its worldwide HR function and partner closely with executive leadership to drive organizational growth, talent strategy, and people excellence across multiple countries.

This is a relocation opportunity to Cyprus, where the successful candidate will be based at the company’s headquarters and play a key role in shaping the future of a global, product-driven organization.

The Global People Director will be responsible for leading the international HR function, ensuring that people strategies, organizational structures, and talent initiatives support business objectives and long-term growth.

This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can develop high-performing HR teams, coach senior leaders, leverage people analytics, and drive consistency across multiple locations while partnering with local HR teams and country leadership.

• Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent strategy.
• Lead and develop an international HR team across multiple countries and locations.
• Drive talent development, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Build and maintain compensation, career progression, and retention frameworks.
• Coach managers and senior leaders to build accountable, high-performing teams.
• Utilize people analytics and HR data to support business decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee employee relations, compliance, and HR operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Continuously improve HR processes, systems, and frameworks to support a growing global organization.
• Champion innovation and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and productivity across HR functions.
  

• Significant experience in a senior HR leadership role within a technology, product-focused, gaming, or high-growth organization.
• Proven experience leading international HR teams and supporting employees across multiple countries.
• Strong expertise in organizational development, talent management, leadership coaching, and performance management.
• Experience designing compensation structures, career development frameworks, and retention strategies.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging HR systems and people analytics.
• Hands-on leadership style with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset.
• Strong understanding of how AI and automation can enhance HR processes and organizational effectiveness.
• Well-connected within the HR community, with awareness of market trends and best practices across technology and/or gaming sectors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English is essential.
