RAVONA is seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and integration of electrical and control systems for sophisticated pharmaceutical and industrial equipment.

This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects involving automation, control systems, electrical panels, and complex machinery used in highly regulated environments worldwide.

• Design and develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts for industrial machinery.
• Specify and select electrical components including power distribution equipment, sensors, motors, drives, PLCs, HMIs, and safety devices.
• Support machine automation and control system integration in collaboration with software and automation engineers.
• Prepare technical documentation, electrical drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and engineering change documentation.
• Work closely with mechanical engineers, production teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot electrical, automation, and control issues during assembly, testing, FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of new technologies.
• Provide technical support during equipment installation and commissioning at customer facilities when required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical design for industrial machinery, automation systems, or process equipment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Electrical power systems
• Industrial control systems
• Electrical panel design
• Motor control and protection
• Sensors and instrumentation
• Experience creating electrical schematics and wiring documentation using ECAD/CAD software.
• Familiarity with international electrical standards and safety regulations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent English reading and writing skills.

• Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
• Experience with HMI and SCADA platforms.
• Knowledge of servo systems, motion control, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
• Experience with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or regulated manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks Electrical or EPLAN.
• Experience supporting FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ, and validation activities.
