Project Manager

About the Job

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead complex development, integration, and system implementation projects in the field of military unmanned aerial systems (UAVs). This role involves managing large-scale programs valued at tens to hundreds of millions of dollars, operating in a highly multidisciplinary and international environment.

What the Role Includes:

Leading end-to-end development, integration, and system integration projects in UAV platforms, managing large-scale development and procurement programs (tens/hundreds of millions of dollars), leading internal teams, external partners, and subcontractors, driving marketing and business development efforts with international customers, managing interfaces with customers in Israel and abroad, and overseeing proposal preparation and cost estimation processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Industrial Engineering & Management / Software Engineering, mandatory experience in the UAV/UAS domain, proven experience in project management, experience in development projects, system integration, and multidisciplinary environments, and a high level of English (spoken and written).
