Assistant Controller

A global medical device startup seeking a talented Assistant Controller to join the Finance team.

Reporting to the Controller.

Role Description: This position involves ongoing support of the company’s accounting and financial reporting activities, working with financial data, performing controls and reconciliations, participating in monthly and quarterly close processes, and collaborating closely with finance teams in Israel and the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Assist in preparing financial statements and consolidated reports
• Perform internal controls and account reconciliations
• Work with external auditors during annual audits
• Manage the bookkeeping team
• Contribute to improving and optimizing financial processes

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license — mandatory
• Experience working with Priority ERP — mandatory
• 1–3 years of post‑internship experience or similar role
• Strong command of English — mandatory
• Experience in a global company or startup environment — advantage
