Job Description:

Responsible for end-to-end systems analysis, defining technology solutions, and translating business requirements into development specifications. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand their needs, while leading the functional and technical architecture in coordination with development, infrastructure, and information security teams within a complex, multi-system environment.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as an Information Systems Analyst in a technology-driven organization.
• Proven experience in writing complex functional and technical specification documents.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, API design (REST/SOAP), integration processes, and digital methodologies.
• Experience working directly with developers, architects, and QA teams.
• Hands-on experience with databases and SQL query writing for data analysis, investigation, and reporting purposes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-interface environment, with excellent interpersonal skills and a broad systems-thinking perspective.

Significant Advantage:

• Experience in Digital, Financial Services, or eCommerce environments.
• Experience working with complex core systems or within large-scale organizations.
• Experience using requirements and task management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Experience working in regulated environments.
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Information Systems.. This will be considered a significant advantage.
