About Makehire
Makehire is building an AI-powered recruiting model that combines human recruiting expertise with automation, sourcing workflows, and AI candidate interviews. We help startups identify, qualify, and engage candidates faster, especially when hiring across markets such as Israel, the US, and Canada.
We are now looking for a GTM & Recruiting Partner in Israel to help us bring this model to Israeli startups.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an independent recruiter, recruiting consultant, or boutique agency partner who already works with Israeli startups and has trusted relationships with founders, CEOs, COOs, VP HR / People, and hiring managers.
This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for a partner who can help us open doors, validate the offer, shape the market approach, and close the first Israeli startup clients together.
What You’ll Do
Introduce Makehire to relevant Israeli startups, especially companies hiring in the US or internationally.
Help identify companies with active hiring needs where our AI-assisted recruiting model can create real value.
Join selected discovery and sales calls with founders or HR leaders.
Help refine messaging, positioning, and ICP for the Israeli market.
Support relationship management during the sales process.
Bring market feedback from recruiters, HR leaders, and startup founders.
Help close the first 2–5 clients in Israel.
Ideal Profile
Independent recruiter, freelance recruiter, recruiting consultant, or boutique recruiting agency owner.
Strong network in the Israeli startup ecosystem.
Experience working with tech startups, growth companies, or venture-backed companies.
Comfortable speaking with founders, CEOs, COOs, VP HR, and hiring managers.
Understands recruiting pain points, hiring funnels, candidate quality, and agency models.
Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable with a partnership model.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Experience with US hiring is a strong advantage.
Compensation
This is a revenue-share partnership.
For the initial 90-day pilot, there is no fixed monthly compensation. Instead, the partner receives:
30% of gross margin from clients introduced and actively supported by the partner.
Gross margin is defined as client revenue received minus direct delivery costs related to that client or role.
Commission is paid after payment is received from the client.
After the first 90 days, if there is strong traction, we can discuss a deeper partnership structure, including a retainer, expanded territory ownership, or a longer-term GTM role.
