Looking for Laboratory Technician – Analytical Testing, Laboratory Operations & R&D

Supporting R&D and testing laboratory activities. Preparing samples, performing analytical testing, operating laboratory instrumentation, collecting & analyzing data, and supporting ongoing R&D projects. In parallel, the position includes laboratory support activities such as solution preparation, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and ensuring efficient laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare chemical solutions, formulations, standards, and laboratory samples according to established procedures.
• Conduct routine laboratory experiments, evaluations, and technical testing activities.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing, quality control, and R&D projects.
• Operate laboratory and analytical equipment and accurately document test results.
• Support data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting activities.
• Assist in the development, optimization, and execution of laboratory testing methods and protocols.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, and technical documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance, verification, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
• Coordinate calibration, servicing, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor inventory levels of chemicals, consumables, and laboratory supplies.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures, quality standards, and operating protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient laboratory environment.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary R&D and technical teams.
• Qualifications
• Diploma, Practical Engineer, or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Biotechnology, Laboratory Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• Previous experience in an industrial, quality control, analytical testing, or R&D laboratory environment is an advantage.
• Experience preparing solutions, handling chemicals, and performing laboratory testing.
• Experience working with laboratory instrumentation and analytical equipment.
• Familiarity with laboratory documentation, test reporting, and quality procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Hands-on technical aptitude.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Candidates should reside in or near Rehovot, Ness Ziona, Lod, Ramla, or Rishon LeZion.

Valid driver's license required.

Personal vehicle preferred.

Ability to travel occasionally between company facilities and testing locations as needed.
